Roman rod:
1.In accord with the diameter, the frequently used length of aluminum is 28mm, iron is 18/19mm, rod surface maximum length in stock is 6.7m.
2.Make the customized length has to meet our MOQ(500kg per color). If the length of 6.7m rod needs to cut into a specific length, taking the expected loss into account, each rod has to be priced on 6.7m.
3.Whether iron rod, aluminum rod or track, they can be made telescopic rod. It will be helpful especially for air transport because it can reduce the cost if measured by meter weight.
4.Roman rod is generally plastic ring. A circle ring has 8-10 plastic rings per meter, and the rail rod has normally 8-10 walking beads per meter.
5.The rod head is commonly described as head or finial. There is the seal which is made of plastic material on the head is usually used for double rod. The single rod head is often made of aluminum alloy.
6.If the customer needs a single rod, before quotation, we have to know the demands including the number of rod head, ring and brackets.
7.If the customer requests double tracks or poles, the number of poles, seals, rings should be multiplied by twice, and the number of bracket should be changed from a single bracket to double brackets.
8.The installation of the rail rod is divided into top mounting and wall mounting.
9.Ask the customers whether they need net rod or seal rod. The supplier delivers seal rods as default goods.
10.Apple gold color has inventory. But pure gold is often short of stock, which needs to be customized.
Track rod:
1.The track rod include straight rail, curved rail and medical rail (bending straight, high tolerance).
2.Motor track is to sell from 2 meters as its MOQ.
Telescopic rail is to sell by set. (1.1-2.1m is the common length)
